From the Valley of Liebana up into the Picos mountains, breathtaking views all the way and no traffic – and there are a couple of nice bars at the top to rest your weary legs! Fantastic for cycling enthusiasts or for a nice trip out in the car – especially amazing to think that these villages had no road access at all until the tunnels were put through in the 1950’s!
