General Description
This spacious and stylish, detached, modern house, set in 1000m2 of fully enclosed garden, is in a quiet, residential area in the hamlet of Vega de Los Caseros, two and a half kilometres from the bustling market town of Cangas de Onis.

Very well equipped, furnished and appointed, the owners have provided all the comforts you need to make it a true home from home. Its high beamed ceilings and full length glass sliding doors in the living areas, create a feeling of space and light and at the same time a warm and cosy atmosphere.

The large, covered front porch catches the morning sun and provides lovely views on a clear day of the fantastic Picos de Europa mountains in the distance. The garden, going all round the house is great for the kids and the badminton net is an added attraction.

At the gateway to the Picos and to the stunning Desfiladero de los Beyos, and with the Rio Sella, providing canoeing and swimming, running close by, you are perfectly based for an active holiday. The nearest beaches at the summer resort of Ribadesella are less than half an hour's drive too and for those who like to take it at a slower pace there is a pleasant river stroll to Cangas and its shops, cider bars and restaurants.

The front door opens into the entrada with hooks for hanging coats. Door from this into spacious, high ceilinged, open plan dining room/fully fitted kitchen. Sliding glass doors from this onto front porch.

Off dining room/ kitchen to master bedroom (double) with ensuite bathroom with shower unit and sitting room with a sliding glass door onto the garden. From the sitting room to the cloakroom/ utility room with the washing machine.

Up tiled stairs to large landing and sitting area. From this, there is a bathroom with a shower unit and two bedrooms (two singles and a terrace and a single bed which converts into a double.
