General DescriptionThis handsome, traditional stone, country house has been divided into six spacious apartments (the owner occupies one of them). Set in large, well maintained, enclosed grounds, with a shared, fenced off swimming pool, it is in the pretty farming village of Torices, high up in the hills. In a slightly elevated position, it commands spectacular views of the mountains beyond.
The comfortable apartments are practical and functional and apart from central heating they have afireplace for chillier evenings.
Individually designed, they all have their own entrance and own sitting out space and there is plenty of room in the grounds for all. There is a private parking area and two fixed barbeques under cover for al fresco meals.
A variety of wonderful walks start directly from the village and all kinds of other activities - riding, quads, paintball, fishing, mountain climbing are on offer in the area.
Though the village has no amenities, there is a good local restaurant and excellent bakery at six kilometres, and the lively market town of Potes, is eleven kilometres.
Apartamento Torices 2 is on the first floor of the house off a wide balcony shared with Apartamento Torices 3. It is reached by steps from the main patio and garden or from the lane.
It is at the far end of the balcony with splendid views of the mountains.
NB_The owners donīt accept pets.

- Take the cable car up to the heights at Fuente De.
- Sample the gastronomy of the region at many family run restaurants - cocido lebaniego, the local dish, not to be missed!
