General DescriptionThis modern, detached, single storey, country cottage with a lovely mature, fully enclosed garden of 3000m2, is in the small coastal village of Salamir between the picturesque fishing ports of Cudillero and Luarca in Western Asturias.
Very well maintained and well equipped, it is cosy, homely and very comfortable. It has a very recently fully fitted, stylish kitchen and two bathrooms as well as new laminate flooring and new solid wood doors.
A great place just to sit around and relax and read a book on the south facing terrace or for kids to play safely in the garden, it is welcoming to come back to after a day out on the beach or exploring.
With three fantastic beaches very nearby, one in the village itself (half an hour's walk), good opportunities for walking, cycling and horse riding, it provides all the ingredients for an active holiday. And for those seeking some culture, the cities of Aviles, Gijon and Oviedo are all within easy reach.
N.B. This property has WIFI and the owners will accept pets. It also has an alarm system.
