General Description
This 100 year old, detached farmhouse is located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to some of the many great beaches spread along the Eastern Asturian Coast, offering stunning sea and mountain views from almost every corner.

The interior of the house is spacious and functional, retaining many of its original features and displaying loads of old furniture and antiques, contributing to create a characterful and inviting holiday home.

A well equipped country style kitchen with traditional white tiles and an old cooking stove, and a charming reading room on the first floor, add to the appeal.

Outside, a garden, mainly lawn and a few flower beds, allows you to relax and enjoy the views. A large sun terrace on the first floor offers spectacular views of the Picos de Europa mountains and even the Naranjo de Bulnes, one of the most emblematic peaks in Spain. The courtyard at the entrance to the property is a safe place for the children to play. There is also a garage for one car.

Set in a scenic coastal area with wonderful walking routes and plenty of activites to keep your family busy during your stay: visiting the Tito Bustillo Cave in Ribadesella or the Dinosaur Museum in Colunga, taking the funicular up to Bulnes, or just enjoying the hustle and bustle of the popular cider bars which are found in abundance throughout Asturias. On stormy days the natural sea geysers (Los Bufones) are a must, there are plenty to choose from, some can even be seen - and heard - from the house.

Accommodation Description
From the courtyard, the front door opens into a large entrance hall with a wooden staircase leading up to the first floor. From the hall into the kitchen (fully equipped), futher into a living room with dining table for 8 people, a small TV and 4 comfortable armchairs. The bathroom is accessed directly from the entrance hall through a small room, with washing machine and a shower unit. From the living room a door leads through into the garden, mainly lawn and with lovely sea views.

Upstairs a spacious hallway gives access to four bedrooms, one with a single bed (90cm) and three twins (4x105cm and 2x90cm). One of the bedrooms has a small TV and access to a sun terrace with mountain views. On this floor there is also a nice reading room. The only bathroom here features a bathtub and spectacular sea views.

All rooms except the bathrooms, have floating laminated floors, and the walls are mainly painted in light colours. The furnishing is very traditional and rather unique, with lots of wood and a variety of paintings on the walls. The country style kitchen is functional and equipped with all modern conveniences (no dishwasher though).

Interior Decor:
The decoration is a blend of traditional Spanish style and rustic charm, with a lot of wooden furnitures and mainly light coloured walls. Laminated floors in all rooms, except kitchen and bathrooms (the downstairs bathroom still has its original tiles).
