Off a lane with other houses around, backed by pine woods, a short walk will take you to another small beach and a much longer walk along the coast to the impressive wild Playa de Traba with its dunes and lagoon.
There is a children's playground just round the corner and the port, bars, simple restaurants and shops are an easy stroll away.
NB. There is a house next door, but it is unoccupied. Accommodation Description Front gate opens into enclosed courtyard for clients' use only. From this front door opens into large kitchen/diner with two easy chairs. Off this is the bathroom.
Tiled and wrought iron staircase to first floor with two double bedrooms and an enclosed gallery with windows going across the front of the house with view over rooftops of the port and sea.
Up further staircase to attic floor with a sitting room cum single bedroom with a skylight with view of the village and port.
N.B. Electric radiators make this a good choice for out of season months. Heating is charged locally as required.

Garden The house stands in an enclosed courtyard. There is a house next door, but it is not used. There is also a house across the way belonging to the owner's brother, but they have a totally separate entrance from the street.
