The area has little direct access by air or sea but good motorway links will get you close to your destination:
Stansted, Dublin or Edinburgh to Santander with Ryanair;
Stansted to Bilbao with Easyjet, to Biarritz with Ryanair or to Asturias with Easyjet.
Heathrow to Bilbao with Vueling.
Flights are also available from most UK airports to Madrid.

Ferries: Plymouth or Portsmouth to Santander or Bilbao 5 sailings weekly.

If travelling by air we recommend renting a hire car to make the most out of your visit to the area. If you prefer to use public transport please consult our expert staff for advice on which properties are more suitable.
