Casa Collao, Cantabria and Asturias

Ruiloba | Ref: RUL3 | Bedrooms: 2 | Sleeps: 4

Quality and charm. Views towards the coast, Comillas and the Picos. Scenic walks on your doorstep.

A detached cottage, recently built in traditional style to a high standard, with all accommodation on one floor. It is in the farming hamlet of Sierra, a barrio of Ruiloba, with lovely coastal walks just outside the front door. Though it shares a courtyard with two other houses it has its own large rough grass garden and sunny south facing terrace with magnificent views of Comillas, Playa de Oyambre and the Picos de Europa beyond.

Very tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped this is a lovely light property with views across fields to the sea from the bedrooms.

The nearest bar/restaurant is a short walk away and the beautiful beach of Cóbreces is just three kilometres away. Sheep are grazed in the field next door so you are in a real country spot here.

"Lovely house, lovely people, lovely location. House was clean and well-equipped, everything worked well and both the terrace and the view from it were delightful. We knew the owners were there if we needed them, but we felt we had complete privacy in 'our' home for the duration of our stay."
(Client 2015)

"We had a wonderful holiday. House comfortable and with everything we needed to make our holiday very special", (Client 2015)

"The website photo's don't do this house justice. I booked on the basis that it was from the superior collection, despite the photos, and was not disappointed. It is well furnished and equipped, and immaculately clean.
Fantastic views from the rear terrace - again not made the most of on the website.
