La Fuente, Castilla y LeonVillanueva del Conde | Ref: SVI13 | Bedrooms: 3 | Sleeps: 7
Sunny, south facing property in medieval village with stunning views of Sierra.
Angela & Frederic (Spanish & French), the helpful owners, are very involved in the promotion of sustainable tourism in the area and are delighted to share their love and knowledge of it with guests.
What really sets this house apart is the garden and balcony, both of which are beautifully kept and enjoy magnificent views to the Sierra; the garden has a covered area with teak furniture, an organic vegetable patch for guests to plunder and a stone built barbecue.
Special note: The Sierra de Francia is an area with exceptionally low contamination both in terms of air purity and light. It also has a dry climate with little cloud cover. This makes it an ideal area for star gazing. The owner Frederic is a keen astronomer with several large reflecting telescopes and, conditions permitting, will gladly take you out to view the stars - a chance not to be missed!
