This lovely, stylish, south facing, semi-detached house is part of an architect-designed complex making excellent use of local stone and wood, and is beautifully decorated and furnished to make a truly comfortable holiday home. Situated by the River Deva in the lower part of the village of Ojedo just two kilometres from the attractive town of Potes, you have the best of both worlds here - the gurgling sound of the river and views of the mountains bring tranquillity, yet you are within walking distance of good restaurants, a shop, supermarket and two excellent bakeries. With a shared swimming pool and tennis court across the road you couldn't ask for more.

Front gate opens into good sized enclosed garden laid to lawn and leading down to the river, with barbecue area. Covered porch at front and side of house.
