A large detached modern house on a quiet lane with other houses in the upper part of the traditional Galician village of Quintans. A spacious, light and comfortable property with an enclosed garden, field adjoining and a good sized upper terrace with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. All newly furnished, with rather old fashioned taste, but with your comfort in mind. The village square with the owners' bar/restaurant is just a short stroll and the wonderful, exotic feeling beach of Playa de Lago a two kilometre walk.

Front door opens into hall. Off this is the kitchen, dining-room, sitting room, one single bedroom and one shower room. There is a back door from the hall to the garden. There is also a door down to the "bodega" in the basement with an open fireplace for barbequeing. Up stairs from the hall to landing and three bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 1 twin). Bathroom. Door leading onto terrace. Garage at side of house and boiler room. The house has full cental heating. Enclosed garden at the side and the back.Owner's field adjoining.
