The Casitas are in the little farming hamlet of Fijuecas in Asturias, in hills above a verdant valley, 12 km from Luarca, and just 3 km from Trevias with shops, restaurants and bars; it is a real rural community, but just a short drive from the coast, the nearest beach being the Playa de Cueva. It's an excellent location for those wishing to combine country living with beach days. The houses stand with one other (also let) in a courtyard; they are both very nicely maintained and equipped, and each has its own garden/sitting out space.
Parking is in the courtyard, which is at the back/side of the houses.
Casita Pitos Abajo is the older of the two casitas, and is well furnished and equipped to make a comfortable, homely holiday house. It is semi-detached, with beautiful views over the valley and hills, and has a small patio for sitting out as well as a sloping orchard to play in (NB -may be too steep for toddlers).
High season rate applies at Easter and through to end of August.

Front door to storeroom, living room (wonderful views) with well equipped kitchen corner, bathroom (bath/shower). Stairs from living room to landing, two bedrooms (1 sm double, 2 singles), bathroom (bath/shower). Outside steps lead to a small patio with a door to the first floor landing.
